Route to our centre is too easy to follow and reach the destination. We have incorporated Google Location Map to make it more understandable for you. By Taxicab:
From anywhere in Dubai, you can hire a taxi and it will take you to your final destination of Silicon Oasis.
Call at 04 208 0000 to book with Dubai Taxi Corporation for taxi. Taxicab drivers will pick you up from your specified location and take you to the Silicon Oasis. For location map, please click here
By Dubai Metro:
From your place, Take the Metro to Rashidiya Metro Station that is located near Rashidiya Park. From here, take (RTA) Dubai Bus No. 320.
By Public Bus:
From Ghubaiba Bus Station R, Dubai, it will take half an hour to reach Silicon Oasis. With less traffic, you can reach in just 25 minutes. From Ghubaiba Station head north toward 16th St and then turn to left but keep on the same street. Now, turn right onto Khalid Bin Al Waleed Rd/D79 and then left at Al Mina Rd/D92 Merge onto Al Mina Rd/D92 and take left turn onto Sheikh Rashid Rd/D75 leading to the ramp to D78/Umm Hurair St/Deira. Stay on left at the fork to continue toward E66, after half km of distance, keep on right at the fork and then merge onto E66. From here take the exit and keep left following the signs for Al Warqaa/Al Sharjah. Now come to right and take the 2nd exit at the roundabout. After a while with slight left and right, your destination will be on your right
- If you are coming from the Northern Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al-Khaimah, Fujairah), take Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road E311 (previously called Emirates Road), keep driving and then Exit 44 taking the direction of Al Ain Road E66, continue in the direction of Al Ain Road until junction 16 where you will see a sign directing you to turn right onto Dubai Academic City Road (D54). Continue along Dubai Academic City Road, passing Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, Zayed University and Higher college of Technology (Dubai Men’s College) on your right, make a U-Turn at the first roundabout, and then take the first right exit, at first roundabout, take the second exit, Apricot Tower is on your right.
- If you are coming through Emirates Road (E611) (previously called Dubai Bypass Road), keep driving till you
- see a sign directing you to turn right onto Dubai Academic City Road (D54). Continue along Dubai Academic City Road, passing Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, Zayed University and Higher college of Technology (Dubai Men’s College) on your right, make a U-Turn at the first roundabout, and then take the first right exit, at first roundabout, take the second exit, Apricot Tower is on your right.
- If coming from Al Ain, take the Al Ain Road (E66) in the direction of Dubai. Exit at Junction (16), Continue along Dubai Academic City Road (D54) passing Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, Zayed University and Higher college of Technology (Dubai Men’s College) on your right, make a U-Turn at the first roundabout, and then take the first right exit, at first roundabout, take the second exit, Apricot Tower is on your right.
- If you are coming from Abu Dhabi, take Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (E311), continue to Academic City Road (D54). Exit from Dubai Al Ain Road (E66), take the exit toward Dubai Academic City Road (D54), passing Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, Zayed University and Higher college of Technology (Dubai Men’s College) on your right, make a U-turn at the first roundabout, and then take the first right exit, at first roundabout, take the second exit, Apricot Tower is on your right.
- If you are coming through the main entrance of Dubai Silicon Oasis, go straight at the first roundabout, passing the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority headquarters on your left, continue driving until you see a sign directing you to turn right onto the Cedar Villas Street, go straight at the first roundabout and then go right on the second roundabout passing the choithrams supermarket on your right, continue driving and then take the first exit at the first roundabout, Apricot Tower is on your right.
Parking Details:
– All-day parking is available on the left side and in front of Apricot Tower. There are 24 parking lots including 3 accessible parking lots for people with disabilities.
– Visitor Parking: There are 14 parking lots located in back of the building.
- Complimentary: No charge within the first 1 hours.
- Chargeable: AED 11 per hour
Parking permits/passes are given to visitors by the building security guard and they pay the parking fee on their way out.
Paid on-street parking is available. The metered parking costs AED 4 per hour and the parking fee can be paid by texting SMS or inserting coins. Seasonal pre-paid parking cards are not accepted. (Please double-check with RTA.)
