• Accepted Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, and PayPal. All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). PayPal transactions are processed in USD.
• Secure Transactions: Payments are processed securely through a certified third-party gateway. TEPTH does not store or retain your credit card details.
• Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years of age to process transactions on our website.
• Legal Restrictions: In strict compliance with UAE law, TEPTH does not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

• Group & Semi-Private Classes: Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled individually. Rescheduling a group class requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and the unanimous agreement of all participating candidates.
• Private Tutoring: Cancellations or rescheduling requests for private sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the session and associated fees are forfeited.
• Certificates: To earn a Certificate of Completion, candidates must attend 100% of the course and pass the final Mock Test. Candidates attending at least 75% of the course will qualify for a Certificate of Attendance.
• Administrative Cancellations: TEPTH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or scheduling conflicts with official exam deliveries.

• Physical Materials: Necessary practice materials and prep books are included with your course registration.
• Returns: If you cancel or transfer a course, all physical books must be returned in excellent condition. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the retail price of the materials.
• Intellectual Property: All provided materials—especially instructor resources—are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing, sharing, or publishing these materials is strictly prohibited and punishable under UAE law.
• Exam Vouchers: Vouchers are treated as cash, are strictly non-refundable, and are valid only within the UAE. They must be redeemed prior to their expiration date and cannot be used to cover late registration fees.

TEPTH provides online exam registration as a voluntary convenience service for an administrative fee of AED 150.

• Optional Service: Because this service is entirely voluntary, candidates may choose to book directly through the official test provider to bypass this fee.
• Limitation of Responsibility: TEPTH is not responsible for seat availability, technical exam delivery issues, scoring, or the timeline for official result releases.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If a seat cannot be secured or the exam provider cancels a session due to low enrollment, you may request a refund of the registration fee or opt to be rescheduled for the next available date.

Eligible students can earn up to a 10% discount under any of the following conditions:

• Friends registering and submitting payment together on-site.
• A single student registering for two or more courses simultaneously.
• Returning students enrolling in a new course.
• Note: Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers and hold no cash value.

All refund requests must be formally submitted using our official, type-written Withdrawal/Refund Request Form and emailed to info@tepth.net. Approved refunds take up to six weeks to process and must be claimed by the candidate within eight weeks.

• Permitted Use: You are welcome to access our website and print pages strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any website content, learning materials, or TEPTH trademarks without explicit written consent.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any activity that occurs under your profile.

• Accuracy: While TEPTH strives to keep all website information accurate and up-to-date, content is provided on an "as is" basis. We hold no liability for decisions made based on this information.
• Third-Party Links: External links are provided solely for your convenience. TEPTH is not responsible for the content, safety, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
• Liability: Under no circumstances shall TEPTH be held liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (including financial or data loss) resulting from the use of our website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or website use will be handled exclusively by the Dubai courts.
